The collections

Finials · wall art · conductors

Handmade copper roof finials and spires — the heart of the studio — alongside copper gutter downspout conductors and framed copper wall art. One-of-one works in solid copper, shipped nationwide from Franklin, Tennessee.

From flat sheet to signed piece

The making

Every finial begins as solid copper sheet, shaped with layers of heat, oxidation, and hand-applied patina — never paint. Four stages, one pair of hands.

Raw bright copper, freshly cut and formed
01 — CUT

Solid sheet

It starts as flat, solid copper — measured to your roof pitch or base, marked out, and cut by hand. No castings, no blanks.

02 — FORM

Folded & soldered

Folds, hammer work, and soldered seams give the metal its shape — octagons, spires, tapers, and custom bases.

Torch flame drawn across a copper sheet
03 — FIRE

Colored by flame

A torch draws out the reds, purples, and golds; Jax patina brings the aged greens. The color is the metal itself.

Finished copper roof finial, ready to ship
04 — SIGN

One of one

Finials ship ready to mount to your roof or cupola base. Every piece is signed in Franklin and never repeated.

Three finishes. No paint.

How copper takes its color

Mill Bright

Raw polished copper, left to the weather. The sun ages it gracefully from new-penny rose to deep penny-brown — the finish most roof finials arrive in.

Exterior · weathers naturally · no sealant

Flame-Fired

A torch drawn slowly across the metal pulls reds, purples, and golds out of the copper itself. Sergei stops the flame at the moment the color is right, then seals it.

Interior · sealed · never repeated

Jax Verdigris

The aged green of historic rooftops and church spires — the same chemistry that weather takes decades to perform, brought forward with Jax patina and time.
